Insulated Garden Rooms
Our manufacturing and installation process is time effective, with most builds being completed within a three-week timeframe. All our buildings are engineered for year-round use and are fully insulated and constructed from a solid structure with a choice of cladding materials.
The base foundations are normally completed 1 week before your installation date to allow time for the concrete to set. Installation of your garden room requires between 2-5 days with the main structure being weather tight by the end of the second day. Plastering and painting options will be undertaken after completion of the build.
Our Process - What Happens Next?
Initial site visit to your property to discuss your requirements & vision for your bespoke garden room
Agree a final plan (via email/phone)
Fixed Price quote and plans produced for your approval
Upon instruction, we will construct your garden building in our workshop
Install the base foundation
The Bespoke structure will then be transported to your property and assembled on the pre-installed base
Complete cladding and carry out all electrical and internal finishing’s on-site
All at a fixed price including; design, delivery and installation

What’s Included In The Price?
SUITABLE BASE
Following a site survey, we determine what base is the best for the build and include this in our price.
INSULATION
All our Garden Buildings come with high specification foil backed insulation to the floor, walls and roof for year-round use. Each garden room is fully insulated using superior insulation products from manufacturers including market-leading brands such as Kingspan, Kanuf and Celotex.
DOORS & WINDOWS
UPVC double glazed doors and windows to match the external trimmings of the building. Every garden room is accessible by French doors. Aluminium bi-fold doors or sliding doors are also available upon request.
TREATED TIMBER WALLS AND ROOF
Factory made pre-fabricated insulated modular walls and roof that create the main structure. Our pre-fab panels are produced to provide an insulated system that is both energy-efficient and aesthetically pleasing.
Timber cladding
We use premium grade slow growing northern European Redwood wall cladding which is pressure treated for a longer life. (Composite and Hardwood Cedar cladding are also available)
Roof finish
Firestone EPDM rubber roof coverings comes with a 20 year manufacturer’s warranty, giving you peace of mind and more importantly a watertight roof.
FIXTURES AND FITTINGS
As standard all rooms come with brushed-aluminium fixtures and fittings. These include spotlights, canopy lights, double electrical sockets, light switches, and an Electronic Thermostat Controlled Heater.
Additional lighting and sockets can be accommodated.
ELECTRICAL WORK
All our wiring installations are completed by a NICEIC qualified electrician to comply with part P of the building regulations and a certificate is issued for the work. If you require a sub main electrical supply to take power to your new building, we will ask our electrician to make a site visit and then we will provide you with a quote.
FINISHING & FLOORING
Internal finish - all walls are professionally plaster skimmed and painted.
Floor finish – the interior floor is provided fully laminated (alternative floor finishes can be accommodated).

Terms of payment: Deposit of 30% at time of order. Balance due on day of completion
Delivery - throughout the South West Delivery is included.
